Credits are deducted based on actual interview time, minute by minute
Roll Over with a Cap
Unused credits carry over — up to 2x your monthly amount. Nothing goes to waste.
Example: You're on the Power plan (8 hours/month) and use 3 hours. The remaining 5 hours roll over, giving you 13 hours next month. The max cap is 16 hours (2x your plan).
