- Click the dropdown for the specific subscription payment you wish to request a refund for
- Click on "Request Refund" and provide the reason for your request
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days

4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions that have been active for more than 14 days
- Subscriptions that have been used extensively (more than 50% of the usage credit) during the refund eligibility period
- Add-on services or features purchased separately from the main subscription
- Subscription renewals or any purchases made after the first subscription period
- Accounts that have previously received a refund
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If that payment method is no longer available, we may require additional information to process your refund through an alternative method.
